The links that you get should be relevant to your site. So if your site is about dog food then links from related sites such as dog training or types of dogs will be good.

So what are authority sites ? Well authority sites are sites that have been around the internet for a while; they have aged and hold high value to the search engines. These can also relate to sites from fortune 500 companies that hold large respect in the internet world. You can think of companies such as Adobe or Dell. How about big names like CNN. One link from one of these sites can give you a massive boost. Ok so now you have it! So go out and get good backlinks to make some real money.
